Build Process Automation subscription is failing again!

Hi,

It seems the problem with subscription to Build Process Automation is back.  I am getting it today. 

I checked the role collections assigned to my trial account user and none of them are appearing in my assigned roles.

I am following

Hello @jojo1 ,

Can you :

  • send the screenshot of the issue
  • let us know if you are working on trial / free tier or production accounts and
  • which region is this accont like EU10 or US10 or CN40 etc.

Hi, today it worked, the error does not happen anymore. I didn't do anything differently from last Friday! I am using the trial account for region US10. But since it's working today I guess the problem is resolved.

Hi Archana, I was encountered the same issue as well, here's the info:

  • Account type: trial
  • Region : AP21

Hi,

after some retries it started working.

There are plenty of messages with the same issue that seems to "resolve by itself".
