I have started doing following course:

However I'm unable to start BTP trial, for one the link in the course is outdated and doesn't work,but I was able to find BTP section manually and asked for a Trial.
I got an e-mail containing a link and message that trial has started, however when I click the link it send me to a verification site which I'm unable to complete as it says that my number is already used, at the below of the page I can log in through Universal ID without an issue but I'm unable to get through the verification.
I'm stuck and I'd like to be able to do exercises for this course(needed for eclipse set up).
The mail that I got is on the same mail that I can log in through Universal ID.
I made three tickets overall each sending me somewhere else to other part of SAP support, last one suggested here.
