BTP Trial Account - Unable to deploy my 1st iFlow

Dear SAP Community,

I am using a BTP Trial Account but I am not able to deploy my Integration Flow as I get the below screen when accessing the artifact.

Hello,

I'm facing the same situation, seems to be a strange bug, because it does occur, but not always.
I've done the following steps repeatedly, until I was able to continue working normally with iFlow editor in Trial account:
log off the Cloud Integration Web UI
go to trial account and refresh the page or login again

login to Cloud Integration again and check if artifacts are accessible
Clear the cache, close and reopen browser
Repeat these steps or similar steps
I've used Chrome Browser, and as mentioned I can work with it, but need patience and repeat above steps

Thanks for the response, this was sorted after I restarted Chrome browser multiple times.

The behaviour was quite sporadic.
