Can BTP Task Center be integrated to SAP ECC?

as Gregor already mentioned ECC is not supported by Task Center.
We managed to integrate ECC via the Third Party Connector which works nice:Implementation of SAP Task Center for ERP ECC Syst... - SAP Community
