When I go to the BTP cockpit https://cockpit.btp.cloud.sap/ only the ALM appears as a global account; when I activate the SIgnavio through the Boosters, it gives me an error because of that.
Request clarification before answering.

It appears that Signavio entitlement is not available on the BTP Global account that you have logged into.
2 possible reasons - either the entitlement has not been processed yet or the entitlement was added to a different BTP Global Account.
Best option - reach out to your SAP/Signavio Sales Executive and ask them to investigate what's happening with your entitlement. Alternatively, you can reach out to the Support team via SAP4ME.
