From the past two days, in my SAP BTP trial account, I am unable to access my HANA cloud services. The error that pops up says "A fatal error has occurred and the application is temporarily unavailable. SAP is investigating the problem."
Request clarification before answering.
Yeah, that has been pretty annoying.
I have been able to get past it by going into my space, selecting hana cloud on the left, then it opens up and typically re-re-re asks for my credentials.
If I open it from the SAP Hana Cloud tools in instances, I still get the error, but now opening from the my space I can start the instance.
Odd really, my database was not created on cloud foundry. Sort of looks like the sap hana cloud tool is having identity problems 🙂
Anyway, I have been above to get the db started the last couple days this way.. I should really book mark the entry points for this, cockpit and db explorer.
