BTP Free tier, trial account, subscriptions

Hi, I am pretty new in SAP and it's tools. I've been watching videos in order to make some progress meanwhile doing hands-on examples. In the video the user has a free tier account and adding a subscription to their subaccount. And choosing the plan as "tools". However I only have hana, hana-cloud-connection and relational-data-lake instances. I have checked from the entitlements section I can only configure these 3. Is this problem comes from my region? It is US VA and i can not choose other. Do I need to have a free tier? How can I do this? I only have a trial account.

here are the images. and i have already checked from the entitlements that i cannot configure anything else rather than these three. thank you in advance.

In the current BTP Trial, you do not need a separate "tools" subscription. The tools are HANA Control Central and HANA Cockpit, which are already built into the BTP Cockpit.
