BTP Cloud Foundry Instance missing

I created a BTP trial account, US Subaccount, and followed the SAP's mission to create a sample cf app.

But when I try to create a Fiori app in BAS, it says BTP Abap environment not available.

When I check in cockpit, the CF Instance is missing. And when I try to create a CF Instance, it says it already exists.

I only have one subaccount.

WHen I try to create an app in BAS I get this error:

Can anyone help please?
