BTP Build Process Automation Job Status Remains As Ready

We are experiencing a problem in our BTP Build Process Automation system. The Job we created remains in the "Ready" state and gives an error because it is not progressing. The job cannot be run. However, when the same automation is tested manually, it works without any problems. The automation is deployed in "Public" and scheduled as "Scheduled" type. Destination connection and Environments connections have been established successfully. There is no input in the automation, data is received with the "Call Web Service with Destination" tool and Automation is selected as the Scheduler operator.

Detailed information is provided as follows. I kindly request your support for the solution of the problem.

We want to set up a job for the automation we created on SAP BTP Build Process Automation. The job we created remains in "Ready" status, and because the status does not progress, the job gives an error after 1 day and does not work. However, when the automation is run manually for testing, it works without any issues.

1- Error displayed on screen
When we checked for the "Maximum number of concurrent unattended execution reached" error shown in the job, we found that there is only one Agent.

2- Job Setup Process
The created automation has been deployed in "Public".

A scheduler has been set up with the Scheduled type for the deployed project.

The Destination connection has been successfully established. The connection for Environments has been set up.

3- Scheduler Details
We do not have any inputs for the Automation. Data is obtained using the "Call Web Service with Destination" tool.

For the scheduler runner, Automation has been selected.

4- Automation Details
In the first 13 steps of our application, there are processes for retrieving and filtering appropriate data. In the subsequent processes, appropriate operations are performed on the screens we recorded. When the Automation is run manually, it works without any issues.
