Broadcaster not sending mail

Hi Experts,

I have a few broadcaster settings,

some are working and some not.

I have created the setting on a WAD report.

when i run the setting i get on some the message:

"Content for static MIMEs could not be found"

But if there is no data in the report it works and sends the mail.

(when there is data i get the error message)

That is only for mhtml or html format

(PDF or Link works)

I tried changing the portal theme but it did not help.

BW version: 7.01 SP 10

Portal version: 7.01 SP 7

Any ideas?

Hi Ish-Shalom,

You will have size violation if the data is beyond 7.5 MB. If your data is less than that, then try by direct execution once with csv/pdf and try.

in PDF it works fine, there is no size violation.

i dont have csv option.

i tried sending html with zip, alos did not work.

how do i know if it has size violation in mhtml?

I have seen this post before (the one you send me link to - 1381503).

as i said i tried already to chage the theme, it did not help.

We can look them in SOSG, SOSB transactions. Double click on the particular request and observe the log for details.

I am fimiliar with this data by  SOST

when i get the error message about static MIMEs there is no mail request in the system.

is there some place to minitor the braodcaster?

In SOST you can see all types of data with filters. have a look at this.

Also note 944531 - SP8 may resolve your issue of MIME.

I am trying to push you since I am able to do it in my system. May be excel to html information conversion problem. You may try with little amount of data, so that you can confirm on this.

Have you tried with MS-excel 2000 format in your broadcast definition? I suspect it is due to the file format issue. Just try with all formats to your mail id.

Have you gone through your broadcasting job log in Sm37?
