Brazil Localization for SAP GTS Product Classification

Hello Everyone, we are working on a project to implement SAP GTS in Brazil and are running into a issue with our product classification.  

For Brazil, Product classification consist of 3 parts.  The NCM code, Product Attributes and EX Codes (used mainly for Imports).  SAP GTS E4H allows the loading of the NCM library and product attributes from Siscomex but the EX code (Ex-Tarifário) we are seeing no way to maintain this data in SAP GTS.  And these EX codes are critical for certain NCMs to allow cheaper tax rates.  

Has anyone come up a with a solution to maintain these EX codes that would allow for the import declaration to be filed?  We are currently working with SAP but they are also unclear on a path forward as the Brazil localization is new and not really used yet.
