BPA Automation doesnt stop running,

Hey, I have the following problem. I'm doing a sap developers tutorial.

 

When testing the automated process, it works perfectly, extracting the order data I need.

When I deploy and test the entire process completely, from the workflows panel it is evident that the automated process is reached and started, but it never ends and obviously it does not extract the information I need. I'm almost completely sure that I followed the tutorial to the letter and it still gives me that error.

are u sure that the imput is the right one?, Maybe thats why the process never ends

Hi,
Is automation getting triggered? if not can you configured your agent as per following : Unattended Mode setup
Add that attribute to your automation and release and deploy your project again and try again.

I was having the same issue. In monitoring and jobs logs i was getting this error "Maximum number of concurrent execution reached". 
Issue was with the service plan in BTP-SubAccount-Entitlements.
"automation-unattented" & "automation-attented" were not added to service plan. After BASIS added it to subscription it was working.

Go to Monitoring -> Automation Overview -> Ongoing Jobs -> Click on any running job -> Check the error message.
