Bottle neck issue because of the highest number of display hits in VIM Central workplace

Hi ,

I'm facing a bottle neck issue for a specific user for the tcode /otx/pf03_wp as the user has selected the display hits as 999999. 

Any inputs on troubleshooting the issue as we are not able to change the display hits, when we logout and login in takes the display hits as default and starts to run the tcode and end up in the resource bottle neck error.

Any inputs on how to change the value will be helpful.

How to change the user specific settings for the tcode /otx/pf03_wp ?
