Bookmark shows different output for specific user - Variables Values and Filters are different

With reference to this thread

I have a similar issue, where user save one selection for ouput as bookmark, but when he/she tries to open the bookmark, the variable selection screen values are different from the saved one.

I checked in personalization tables /BI0/APERS_VAR00 also, there is no personalization had been saved by the specific user .

If this is for a specific user, maybe it is personalization.

But check this table: RSWR_PERS

Check if her/his user name is there. If it is, just delete it. You can delete manually  or via program (SE38) RSWR_PERSONALIZATION_SUPPORT

If that is not the case, check your BI Java patches. They must not be on level 0.

Thanks for your reply, yes your suggestion will work if user had saved some personalization.

For this we deleted browsing history, cookies memory of user’s IE, closed and reopened the browser again. Now user can able to use bookmark with required variables.
