BODS Designer 4.3 crashes when loading the central repository.

Hello,
we have installed BODS Designer 4.3 for our developers on a terminal server. since 17.07.2024 we have the following problem.
BODS Designer 4.3 always crashes when we want to load job data from the central repository.
the tracing in the DSUserConfig.txt is set, but does not show any information in the DesignerTrace.csv that could cause the crash.
Only the following error message is available in the event viewer.
Repairing the Designer has not been successful .

Could the problem be related to an update of the Windows 2019 server, or was it just a matter of time before Designer crashed?
Before 17.07.2024, working and loading jobs from the central repository worked.
Does anyone know the problem and more importantly, does anyone have a solution to the problem?
