Hi,
Problem:
-the login with Authentication: Administrator or SAP to a BO CMC on the Hosts Windows Console or in the intranet is not processed and ends with this error:
Account information not recognized:
Could not reach CMS 'XXXXX6400'.
Specify the correct host and port and check for network issues, please refer to SAP Knowledge Base Article 2151044 on the SAP Support Portal. (FWM 20030). 1)
-the BO CMC server is pingable and reachable from the host console and from the intranet as above,
-the Central Configuration manager on the Console shows the Apache Tomcat and the Server Intelligent Agent Up and running:
Analysis:
-You might have copied, stopped, started, cloned, deleted BO Sub Servers of inside the CMC,
-one or more BO Sub Servers are down AND/OR disabled (OR!),
-expect also a BO CMC system glitch while starting and stopping BO Sub Servers (simultanously)
of inside the CMC,
-in the worst case, you stopped and disabled the AdaptiveProcessingServer, than it might get difficult,
Solution:
1) Restart on the host console as, with BO Administrator Authorization, in the Central Configuration manager the Server Intelligent Agent this one might recollect alle the server and services of inside BO CMC ( see How can we start and stop BI 4.0 servers using commandline). ( You might need also the hosts Administrator Authorization).
If this does not help proceed to 2.)
2) Restart in the host console, with the BO Administrator Authorization, in the Central Configuration manager Console, the Apache Tomcat. ( You might need also the hosts Administrator Authorization) If this does not help proceed to 3.)
3) Reboot the Host ( You might need also the hosts Administrator Authorization)
4) Test and Check Your webis etc again... .
Best Martin
