There is not enough information for me to go on to determine if it's a client side issue or server side. If server side you should be able to take a look at the logs on the server and see if the data is retrieved and then if there are any errors. On the client side if this is Android you should be able to do some debugging with the Chrome Browser to see if there are some client side errors or not. If you want to post the code for your open-store we can look for any potential errors.
