Hi,
I'm trying to test the Excel Add-In for SAP Analytics Cloud, but when I log in, a blank page appears. I followed the steps provided in this link: https://userapps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/en/3192210, but the issue persists.
Has anyone encountered this error? If so, how did you solve it?

Cross check once have you Added the below urls in the SAC system or not
If not please add in the below location
Open SACïƒ System --> Administration ïƒ App Integration ïƒ Trusted Origins
The standard domain for the add-in support is hcs.cloud.sap (Doesn't need additional configuration).Tenants of the other domains, for example, sapanalytics.cloud or hanacloudservices.cloud.sap, must be manually configured by the Microsoft365 administrator.
