We are getting frequent redirect to session expired page after SAML login using Azure enterprise application SSO. We have to close all browsers and log back in or start a new in-private/incognito browser to get to BI. Lots of annoyed users and I am not sure at this point what can be done to prevent redirect to session expired page. SAP BI is the only software that we have has such a problem. We use SAML login on everything else without any issue. Any suggestions to improve situation?
Request clarification before answering.
The BI SAML integration is not connected to the IDP therefore cannot manage sessions. The default session timeouts will often be the cause of intermittent 404's. The solution is to increase the session timeout per KBA https://userapps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/en/2672379
