Hello, we use Crystal Reports for Enterprise 4.2 and have some hierarchy problems after Upgrade from 4.1. When I want to open the BEx based report i get an error code JRC00005572.
The problem is the Hierarchy Dimension (under "edit datasource" - Data Explorer - Result Objects - Edit Query - Hierachy Dimension). In the "Member Selector" window, under "Selection" I see the hierarchy from the Query but it is not completely. Some hierarchies are missing and in the BEx Query all hierarchies are available. I can't identify the problem because it seems like Crystal is not displaying all Hierarchy correctly. Maybe someone can help.

Hello Vitaly, thank you for your answer. In other Reports based on the same Query there are no problems. Connection to BEx Query is ok but only the Hierarchie nodes are not displayed completely in the Reports although the hierarchy in the query is complete. I already created a support case for SAP, Regards

I would suggest to test similar query in WebI or see how data looks like in Information Design Tool. If you are connecting to SAP BEx query then you should have a Maintenance contract with SAP - create a Support case for the issue.
