BEX Formatting for Negative Amount

Hi Experts,
I am in requirement where i have to show all the negative amount in a specific format. Please see below the eample. Your help is really appreciated.

Say in BEx the Amount populated is -$5.53. I need to show it in the report as $(5,53).

Dear Sourav,

You can achive the Key figure to be shown in  parentheses

Goto Query Properties - Displaying +/- Signs -

Display the value in parentheses

if your in dev or test system. do the above changes and check the results.

one more doubt, user will accept to see the output results in paranthesis?

is this applicable to one key-figure? 

As my guess when you apply at query properties it applies to all. sorry if its wrong

if need to specific to KF, then need to do at KF properties.

Hi Raman,
Thanks for putting your thought into it. To clarify you ..user only wants to see the output results for '-' values in parenthesis.

And you are absolutely right that it is possible at query level where every keyfigure will be affected.

@Vekatesh...Do you think we have any specific option for achieving it at every key figure level.

No Sourav.This setting will apply on all the Key figure's used in the query.
