I am doing a large BEx Broadcast. To all users with a specific role. Its a report showing mileage claims against a cost centre. The report goes to a cost centre manager. The query has a variable on 0COSTCENTER and each user has an analysis authorisation for cost centre. It works fine. However. It is possible that there has been no mileage claims against the cost centre that month. So as it stands if there is no mileage claim a blank report is still sent out. Is there any way of stopping the blank report e.g. just send reports to users if there is data brought back by the query.
