BEx 7.0: Broadcasting - Error when sending emails

Hi all,

We are implementing the information broadcasting u2013 pre-calculation service in BW 701 system.

When we try to schedule/execute and send via email a query or a report, the execution ends in error with the following message: u201C No delivery to (email), invalid recipient address u201D.

In tcode SCOT we define * in the address area.

Can anyone suggest what could be the possible reason for this?

Hi,

Broadcast your reports from RSRT -->HTML Mode -->Information Broadcasting tab -->Create New Setting -->Mention proper e-mail addresses. Please don't put * here.

You can observe the same email Ids in SCOT t-code.

Hi,

Have you created new settings for the broadcast, and given the correct e-mail reciepient there? Chck the same in SOST tcode.
