Hello Experts,
We are trying to move the Master data(Accounts, Individual Customers..etc) from SAP C4C to Salesforce. Please lets us know what's the best way to integrate.
1) Integration with SAP CPI (SAP C4C--->CPI---->Salesforce)
What are the means/Possibilities of integration?
2) Integration with Mulesoft (SAP C4C---->Mulesoft---->Salesforce)
What are the means/Possibilities of integration?
3) Using both SAP CPI & Mulesoft (SAP C4C---->CPI--->Mulesoft---->Salesforce)
What are the means/Possibilities of integration?
4) What is the difference between SAP CPI & Mulesoft?
Could you please guide us.
Thanks,
Vinay

Hi Vinay
As part of your license of SAP Cloud Integration or Integration Suite, you have access to a Salesforce adapter.
You can find it here:
https://api.sap.com/package/SalesforceAdapter/overview
From that page, you can find its capabilities. There are plenty of possibilities to integrate with Salesforce. Depending on your scenario, different capabilities can be used. I will need to better understand your use case, to give you a concrete answer.
Thanks
John
