I am planning to install SAP HANA DB on SUSE Linux and would appreciate your insights on the best practices for this process. Specifically, I have the following questions:

  1. Installation Sequence: Should I install the Linux operating system first and then install SAP HANA, or is it better to install SUSE SLE 15 and SAP components simultaneously during the OS installation?

  2. Important Components: Which SAP components are crucial to install during the initial setup? If any components are missed during the initial installation, can they be added later? If so, how can I add these missed components or add-ons?

the sequence should be:

- install Linux OS

- install SAP HANA

- install SAPB1

no, SAPB1 on HANA requires SLD services to be installed on Linux OS.
