Best patches for BI 4.3 SP04

Could you please inform me which patches are best for BI 4.3 SP04? I'm looking for 300 or higer

why not using the latest patch ?
there are a lot of errors fixed in every new patch !

When I did a google search it recommended not to use SP4 or SP4 Patch 1100. It stated the SAP Community strongly advises against their versions due to known issues.

What are your current sources for these recommendations? Yes, there are some problems with older versions, but I haven't seen any major issue with patch 1100 !?
