BAS: Workflow UI (MTA) deployment error

I'm trying to create workflow task UI using BAS's template "Workflow UI".

I'm able to deploy this app in my trial account and it is working as expected but when I'm deploying the same app in the client's subaccount, it throws error: Error monitoring creation or update of services: Error creating service "ApprovalApp-destination-service" from offering "destination" and plan "lite": Service broker error: Service broker destination-service-broker failed with: Failed to create a destination service instance with the user provided configuration. 

I'm able to deploy Freestyle SAPUI5 apps and CAPM apps in the same subaccount and destination service(plan-lite) instance is also getting created successfully. It throws this error only in case of Workflow UI app it seems.

If anyone has encountered a similar scenario or has insights into this issue, your suggestions or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
