BADI to determine Sales Order header data using sales order item in SAP S4HANA Public Cloud

Hi Team,

I have a requirement where I need to determine some of the Sales Order header standard fields based on line items added by user. As of now we have checked multiple BADI's ( SD_SLS_MODIFY_HEAD, SD_SLS_MODIFY_HEAD_TAX etc. ) but none of the BADI has both header and Item data and provide Sales Order Header as changing parameter. 

We want to use both Create Sales Order and Manage Sales Order apps as per business requirement.

System : SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud 2402

Hi Aman,
Which standard fields do you want to change? In SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud it is not allowed to change all standard fields in one place as that could lead to inconsistencies and it needs to be ensured, that dependent follow up processes are triggered for field changes.

Therefore it is currently only possible to change custom fields in SD_SLS_MODIFY_ITEM and SD_SLS_MODIFY_HEAD. For some standard fields there are specific Cloud BAdIs or Configuration UIs to set values for them.

For example the BAdI SD_SLS_MODIFY_HEAD_TAX, which was mentioned by you. In that BAdI it is allowed to change standard fields related to taxes.

If there is no BAdI or configuration UI available for the fields you want to change, you need to request that specific feature via influence portal:
