BADI for Journal entry item (Changing parameter: WBSE Element)

Do we have any BADI available for below scenario :

Using Journal Entry app , users will create Journal entries with reference to Billing doc .(Statistical condition maintained). In item level we need to change the WBS element field value to the amount maintained in that statistical condition.

We can't find any BADI related to journal entry with changing parameter WBSE element.

we tried substitution rules too, there also we dont have wbse element as target field

OR do we have any other way to execute this scenario in public cloud?

Adding further, how can we add WBSE field in substitution target field?

Hi, Current there is no possiblity to substitute the WBS element through RULE applicaiton or BAdI. Would you please give more detail from business side? I can not understand the below part.
