Automatically block Concur expense posting for every WBS

Hello,

When creating a WBS, we can manually block posting from Concur Expenses.

Is there an option to block this automatically for every WBS created?

You can explore using BADI "Project Element Determination" Change parameters with help of Developer.

Hi,

You can consider using the Commercial project create, update API for this. https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_S4HANA_CLOUD/45b4711dbb3744e79dff55cb4eff45bc/5275730eeb0b4509afd125f5...to have the workpackages updated after it is initially created. It the project is created via the API, then you can set the block to begin with.

After investigation the available BADI "Project Element Determination (/S4PPM/PROJ_ELMNT_DETERM_2)" does not allow to default or change "Work Package Functions" and the proposed solution is not applicable when a project is created manually in the system.

Also, there is no option in the interface from S/4HANA Public Cloud to Concur for Project WBS Element to only export WBS that are not blocked for  "Concur Expense Posting".
