Automatic Update IT0008 ''TRFST'' Field Evey Year.

Hello,

I have a requirment to update "TRFST"(LEVEL) Field in Infotype 0008.

Every Year from the Start date the level should be decremented.

Eg: Start date ( Joining Date )= 01.07.2023 and Level = " 5 ". 

Next year i.e date from Joining Date : 01.07.2024 The level should be automatically changed to "04".

Is there any FM or something that will help me achive this?

I prefer not to go with Badi , As this change needs to be recorded as an event in the organisation where IT0000 0001 also needs to be udpated

I am thinking to wite a program and schedule it as as background job. But not sure of it. Also i am not aware what all tables will be affected

The programme should be a BDC upload and should update the above said infotypes along with IT0008
