Hi Guys,
i want to receive email notification when Message Data at SAP changes status(see below screen shot.)
how do i activate that in our solution manager.
i am able to get an email notification when the user status changes in our ITSM service desk.

Hello Elizabeth,
Navigate to SPRO-> SAP Solution Manager-> Capabilities-> IT Service Management-> Define action profile-> Define action and condition.
There is a standard action defined for status change at SAP.
If you check my below screenshot, this action is having scheduled conditions defined based on SAP status.

Please, look at PPF action SMIN_STD_MAIL_REPORTER in action profile SMIN_STD and its condition as example to create your own action and condition. There you can see how to define recipient and how to make action to take status change into account.
