Dear gurus,
In ITSM - incident management (Solman 7.1 SP 12), I am having trouble with automatic email notification of Processor whenever there is a reply /status_change from the reporter. No notification email is generated.
Could you please help with this? Where to look for this action?
Your experience or any reference to any document would be really appreciated./

Request clarification before answering.
In-order to get the email alerts for status change , first we need to activate the action profile
identify the transition type (eg:ZMIN or YMIN) and check all the action profile are activated or not if not please activate
