Automate transport requests between PROD and BAS

Hello everyone,

I'm facing an issue with the alignment of Transport requests between production and the BAS environment; they should always be aligned. Sometimes, I forget to move the Transport request to BAS 

Is there a way to automate this process: any Transport request transported to production automatically gets transported to the BAS environment?

what is "Transport requests between production and the BAS environment"? sounds like nonsense....

We have four environments: DEV, QUAL, PROD, and BAS. Currently, we transport TRs from DEV to QUAL, then from QUAL to PROD. After the production deployment, the TR is then moved to BAS.

We want to automate this step. Specifically, when a TR is transported to PROD, it should automatically be transferred to BAS immediately

bas is another system? not your business application studio? what system they are? abap? btp?

Yes bas means sandbox in french

Hi @ayoubconsosystem, 

thank you for your question. If you have entitlements for SAP Build Process Automation (f.k.a. SAP intelligent Process Automation, or iRPA), you could probably just record the manual steps you currently perform, then schedule their execution or make them event-based. An event might be "when the production configuration changed". That's a crude one you may want to fine-tune.

Hello Andreas, I apologize for my late response. Regarding SAP Build Process Automation, I am not sure if it is available on our platform, as we are using the RISE with SAP Private Edition cloud. Is there a way to access it through a tcode or some configuration in our SAP system? Also, do you have any information on whether SAP BPA is available on RISE Private Edition?
