Hi All,

Am new to this field. Can anyone let me know how to remove authorizations of user?

I want to know:

1. How to remove a particular profile in a user.

2. How to remove a particular profile in a client as such i.e.,, removing the profile from all users in a client.

Transactions SU01 and PFCG. The first is for modifying users and you can tray the "Mass User Modification" (menu option there) the second is the profile and role modifications and there you can select the profile or role and modify which users are in it.

Hello Jeya,

For removing profile from a single user go to profile tab in su01 for that user,select that profile and delete it.

For mass deletion go to Su10. Choose all the users in the system go to profiles tab. Input the profile (also the system in case of Central User Administration) and then select the Remove radio button and eventually do a save.

In case you are using roles you need to go to roles tab. But in Su10 make sure you are giving an old date. this is becasue the system will look for the date when the role was first assigned to a user in the exisitng list of users.Rest is same as profile deletion but I suppose you will need role deletion.
