Authentication methods CPI DS Agent

Hi ,

I need to use CPI DS agent to set up integration between on prem system and IBP . What all authentication methods does CPI DS agent support for its connectivity to on prem . I want to avoid maintaining the credential on DS  on the cloud .. Can we have a oAuth connection between the DS Agent in the DMZ and on prem system ?Is there any documentation that I could follow for this scenario ?

Hello, the Agent is responsible for securing the connectivity between IBP and your backends.

Thanks for the reply, As per this link we can use a websocket RFC solution . But when using a websocket RFC connection we will have to maintain the on prem authentication credentials on the cloud . This is the thing we want to avoid and hence searching for another authentication method or another solution like CIDS agent handling the password on prem .

When you connect to target system from DS, DS acts as client and you must supply credentials. Agents can not do that for you.
