Dear customer!
Please use the transaction PFCGMASSVAL or the report PFCG_MASS_VAL and select all desired roles.
Select "Add Manual Authorization for an Object" and add the authorization object and the corresponding field values.

I recommend you to make a backup of the roles via transport request and to read the whole documentation of PFCGMASSVAL on the info button at the selection screen.
