Attempting external API call from AWS hosted SAP PO to Walmart API Endpoint

We are attempting our first external API call from our AWS hosted SAP PO server to Walmart APIs at marketplace.walmartapis.com

We were successful communicating with Walmart APIs from our SAP PO quality server to the Walmart sandbox APIs sandbox.walmartapis.com.

When connecting from SAP PO to marketplace.walmartapis.com we are getting HTTP 520 error which is very vague and we have not been able to solve. We see the handshake in xpi_inspector and the HTTP 520 error.

Where to go from here?

Please review my headers param out of SAP PO and give any clues on how to trouble-shoot HTTP 520 error from server.
