ATC - How to Implement AUTHORITY-CHECK

Dear colleagues,

     I have implemented ATC in my company and I need to configure AUTHORITY-CHECK. From what I have seen, there is no standard AUTHORITY-CHECK. Has anyone implemented ATC with AUTHORITY-CHECK? Thank you very much in advance.
