We are working on integrating SAP CRM with our system but have encountered some challenges related to API access. Specifically:
- We are unable to successfully authenticate and interact with the APIs. Could someone guide us on the correct procedures or steps to authenticate and gain access?
- Are there any additional requirements, configurations, or permissions needed for our account to access the APIs?
Additionally, we noticed a reference to "Neo trials" at the bottom of this URL: https://account.hanatrial.ondemand.com/trial/#/home/trial. Are Neo trials still active, and if so, could you share how to enable or access them?
Any help or insights on these issues would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
