where in CBC can (for example) the vailure mode group, failure mode and other groups and modes configure?

In Asset Management is no position (catalogue for groups and codes) ...

Added Asset Management tag, please remove tag SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

Hi Carola,

It is not configuration, you will not find anything in CBC / Manage Your Solution App.

It is 'Catalog Profile' Master Data where you build the codes. Refer to the NOTE in the help documentation for the application (half way down): link 

In that same link, you will find more details on the other fields that the app uses, and where this data is stored.
