ARIBACIG DocumentStatusUpdateRequest_Async_In webservice not triggering . This issue is Intermittent in some cases it triggers and in some cases it doesn't even if the Purchase Orders are same.

Here its triggered

But next day i create same PO it did not trigger.

I am having no clue of how and where to check for analysis. Can someone please guide me

Hi Jyoti,

Please check the below points in SAP system.it will help you the issues why it is not triggered document status update

1)Check the SRT_UTIL you will get error logs

2)Check the ARIBACIG DocumentStatusUpdateRequest_Async_In interface setup in SPRO configuration in AN.
