to bring SA 16.0.0.1324 to the latest build 16.0 SP15 Build 1948, can I just download that and apply or do I have to download the other 3 and apply sequentially like sybase's EBF

OT:
I just found out I can't download any of them as I don't have a technical support ID registered I searched for how to get that and failed to find it

For any SA/ASA version, you have to apply only the latest EBF (on the corresponding MR, of course).

Yes, SA updates are no more free.

That's a question for your sales rep or the SAP Marketplace.

FWIW, that FAQ may (still) be of help to you:

Exhortation: Get the required EBFs from the Sybase download page ASAP

Free, if you re-download the Developers Edition after it has been refreshed with the latest build. For example, the SQLA16Developer.exe file downloaded on July 25 contains files dated June 26 including setup.exe and ReadMe_EBF.html, and the latter file indicates it is build 1948.

What you're downloading is not an EBF per se, but a full Developers Edition... if you don't like that, ask for your money back 🙂

If you want to deploy, you need to buy a copy. See store.sap.com, search on "sql anywhere", and "Yikes!"... when you get over the sticker shock scroll down to see lower prices.
