Archived MDG Change Request isn't listed in "Display Change Requests" app

We need to archive MDG change requests and followed following sources:

We also activated SAP_USMD_CR with tcode SARI.

We then use the tcode SARA to ‘Write' the relevant CR. In this situation, the change request is still available in the MDG applications and in the USMD120C table.

After ‘Delete’ and completing the archiving session, the data is no longer displayed in the ‘Display Change Requests’ app. In "Archive Administration: Archive File Detail" I get following information:

I tried different variants but never got an archived CR back in the Display Change Requests app. And added a sign at "Include Archived Change Requests".

Following questions

- Where can I configure the app so that it can access the corresponding archive files?

- Is this a system error?

I see that there is no read program assigned for USMD_CR in AOBJ. Is that the reason not able to see the archived CR when we enable the check box "Include Archived change requests"?.
