Approve/Reject button is disabled in in MDG Approver role

Hi Experts,

We have created a security roles for MDG approvers but they are unable to process the change request as they are disabled like below.

Can you please share which authorization object/activity need to maintain to get them enable ?

Hi Samart,

Click on workitems button first and select one workitem to process it.
