Approve Leave and My Inbox Integration Error?

I am trying to integrate a Approve Leave Request V3 application. Due to dependences and non available of standard catalog\role i used the Provided one.

Details page of My Inbox is used in the Approve leave request V3 app.While integrating both app showing error.

I have attached the file which has all screenshot from tile configuration to authorization assigned to the user.

In Service Catalog, You need to have a System Alias for the service your are using.
