One user is seeing a small white cross on a red circle next to the name of their workspace.
At first it does not bother them at all to work on their models, but we would like to understand the meaning of this alert.

Hello,

It usually happens when the security level is not set to "No restrictions" anymore.
If any of your named paths point to folders with more permissive write permissions, then your PowerDesigner installation is deemed to be insecure, your local workspace root displays a red shield.

Change the location of each of the insecure named path folders (or constrain their permissions) appropriately. If all of your named paths point to secure folders, your workspace root displays a green shield.
