Dear Support,
On the right side of the SAPGUI screen, there is a list of SIDs, clients, user names, etc. that can be checked, and depending on the user, the application server name may or may not be in the list.
It was checked the SAP Logonpad options, registry, etc. but could not find the cause. Are there any SAP notes, SAP help, or documentation that has information about this?
Request clarification before answering.
