Application object BUPA: Table /SCMB/D_BPTMGEN does not exist Message No. R1149

Hello Experts,

I have Followed the below mentioned steps

1. Ran the Transaction BP

2.Chose the Organization Button on the top to create once.

3.The Error mention in the Subject line appears and it appears for any of 3 button(Person,Organistion and group)

Kindly suggest every possible solution for the same

I did as directed in Question User Tags(Application object BUPA: Table SZA1_D0100 does not exist) i.e I ran BUSB and Added added all the fields as I got from SE16N or SE11 for the table   /SCMB/D_BPTMGEN but  still did not work
