application job can not find custom template in S4 HANA cloud

I have currently developed a backend application job on Eclipse in S4hana cloud es 2308

In the development environment, it is possible to see and set backend job jobs on the APP 【 Application Job Template 】 and 【 Application Job 】

But when the request number is transmitted to the testing environment, it is found that only the template found in the [Application Job Template] can be seen

But the configured template cannot be found in the [Application Job]

May I ask if there is anything that needs further configuration
